Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) and Conservation Areas

In East and West Sussex, Surrey and Kent, many trees are in conservation areas, or are protected by TPOs which means you are required to obtain permission from your local authority to carry work out. We have experience in working in these circumstances and are able to help. We can liaise on your behalf with the relevant local authority to obtain permission prior to undertaking any work.
